We’re looking for a rock star Social Media Manager to make a significant impact on our business, brands and customers by creating a connected social eco-system to ignite conversations about the Hut Group, and its brands to drive engagement

The Social Media Manager will execute the social media strategy for The Hut Group. They will be responsible for the day to day social media activity (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, Youtube, Tumblr, Pinterest, and blog), including creative content creation, copywriting, influencer outreach, campaign management, community engagement and growth.

Requirements:
Key responsibilities
Leverage social media to bring incremental profit to The Hut Group
Implement a strong Social media discipline to manage The Hut Group’s reputation and drive social engagement
Act as the advocate of social media across all channels
Develop capability and leadership
Define and track KPIs for our global social media strategy against our competitors and in line with senior social media team objectives
Manage insight and analytics tools to monitor brand perception by marketplace
Desirable Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Experience of managing digital content for a major consumer brand or media company.
Proven track record of executing social media strategies at a global level
Proven experience spearheading digital/social promotions through entire campaign funnel including strategy development, content creation and reporting
Data driven research/analysis to drive strategic direction
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
strong working knowledge of and experience with various social media marketing technologies, such as social monitoring and publishing/CMS platforms, and practices to deliver an exceptional online consumer experience.
