We have a fantastic opportunity for an Ecommerce Manager / Head of Digital to join us at our stylish Head Office in Rochdale, Nr Manchester.

Reporting to the CEO this role will have direct responsibility to grow online sales in the UK and internationally via ecommerce websites both owned and third party and eBay and Amazon Marketplace

We already have highly developed systems warehousing and infrastructure in several European countries the USA and Asia.

The Role

Working with the CEO, developing all the online aspects of our online B2B and B2C trading worldwide
Oversee and grow sales on UK and international e-commerce websites and via eBay and Amazon Marketplace accounts
Manage the web development agency and website CMS
Control and develop profitability across all aspects of the marketing mix including PPC, SEO, affiliates and social media as appropriate
Oversee product listings and marketing activity and analyse performance.
Analyse product sales, margin, costs and channel performance to deliver optimum profitability. Undertake competitor analysis
Manage the customer service team and ensure excellent customer satisfaction and account performance
Work with logistics team to maintain efficient order processing and dispatch
Ability to build lead and manage a team as appropriate to the business scaling.
Work with our ‘bricks & mortar’ teams to ensure the consumer has the best possible view and experience of our products
Responsible for department P&L
Identify and implement efficiencies, resolve issues and improve processes
The Candidate

Excellent understanding of the online space.
Online sales / e-commerce (inc website, eBay and Amazon) management experience
Online marketing (inc PPC and SEO) and analytics
Strong management, communication and inter-personal skills
Commercially aware with strong analytical expertise
Self-starter, entrepreneurial, driven, motivated and hardworking
Good at planning, prioritising, organising and multitasking
