As a part of our audit of customer experience for German retailer Hein Gericke, the decision was made to improve in-store communications, and combine a 'look and feel' across the print media. This entailed designing and installing point of sale for 44 stores across the UK as well as designing and shooting all of the season’s product advertising. Using everything from changing room posters to ceiling signage, we have helped Hein Gericke communicate clear messages to their customers and in-turn increase the brand awareness, customer experience and brand loyalty.

Motorcycles Direct are one of the most successful motorcycle dealers in the UK. They have been doing astonishing sales on the internet and when they needed an agency to create a new website that would perform as well as the old one, who did they turn to? Bolo Clothing had a dilemma; they were growing incredibly well in the high street retail sector, but not performing anywhere near as expected online. Bolo came to us at the start of the recession so as challenges go, this was a mighty one - grow sales online against the current downward trend. Not a problem. We have refined the brand and marketing as well as delivering a new performing website. The result is something astonishing...300% growth online in 2010. Not bad considering the current climate...job done.

How do you increase footfall in your store? This is a question that was put to us by retailer Hein Gericke. We decided that a more personalised communication tool for their customers would increase footfall and store visitations. With only partial data sets on their database, our initial goal was to complete these and get more valuable info from the customers. 4TheRide.co.uk allows us to communicate weekly newsletters personalised specifically to the customer they are addressed to. Each deal is specific to each customer and can be tracked to the individual and store.

Gaining brand awareness amongst your target market is a speciality at zubu.co.uk. When Nicholas Deakins asked if we could do this (and gain email addresses along the way) we were happy to help. We created an online jukebox and voting station for unsigned bands across the UK. Contacting bands and fans using social networking, we got 120,000 votes in the first month of launch. This resulted in one of the best national exposures and fastest data acquisition campaigns we have created to date. The only problem is, we have to think of a better campaign this year ;)

When we were asked to pitch for TV station Channel 7's proposed rebrand, we got the whole team involved. Everyone from the MD to the office junior had plenty to input. This resulted in the ‘communicate’ branding we decided upon. Helping Seven communicate with its audience and giving a new, modern broadcasting feel was an absolute priority and the result is one of our proudest pieces of work.

During the current economic downturn, it's difficult to choose a marketing company that can hit the right customers first time around. We think that is what makes us different from the rest, we do hit them.
Bolo Clothing is a menswear retailer that has been online for many years. They had the age old problem that they were holding their own on the Hight Street, but online they were not performing as expected.
Zubu have taken Bolo as a brand and over 18 months, we have turned their online fortunes around. They are now showing 300% year on year growth online.
All of this during the biggest retail downturn in 50 years...if we can't praise ourselves for this, what can we praise ourselves for.
